The AFC-100 is an analog/addressable fire alarm system designed for releasing applications, accommodating up to 100 addresses. Its capacity can be expanded using multi-point SLC modules. The control panel operates on the exclusive Potter protocol, supporting a comprehensive range of sensors and modules. Each SLC can include a combination of smoke sensors, heat detectors, or modules, allowing for up to 50 ohms of impedance and compatible with any wire meeting the National Electrical Code (NEC) standards.

The AFC-100 features a 5 Amp power supply, two Notification Appliance Circuits (NACs), and two Input/Output (I/O) circuits. Each NAC is rated at 3 Amps, and each I/O is rated at 1 Amp. All outputs are regulated and power-limited, with unique programmability for various functions including steady signal, strobe synchronization, constant power, door holder power, or releasing. The strobe synchronization supports GentexAMSECO, System Sensor, and Cooper/Wheelock devices, and with the exclusive Quadrasync feature, each output can have a unique brand while all strobes flash in unison. The I/Os are designed for inputs such as manual release stations and abort switches, offering nearly instantaneous response without the need for polling.
